3 Fears That Keep Us Stuck

Hi, Dan here again.

This is another message from my friend Suzanne Klein. Suzanne is a coach/mentor to educators (and I guess all people in the helping professions) who want help in reaching their dream Job.
You really should consider contacting her if your searching!

Fill in the blank:  The one thing constant in life is ____________.

Did you say, "Laundry"?  One of my teachers did when I asked this question during a PD day.  It's funny and true, but the answer I was looking for was "Change".

Change is essential for our growth and development as a human.
Without change, we will by default stay just the way we are and only do the things we've always done.  Pretty boring, right?  This is what makes us feel stuck. When we're looking to make positive changes in our lives, we have to start looking at our thoughts that stand in the way from what we desire most in life.

There are 3 main fears and the excuse thoughts we tell ourselves that keep us feeling stuck:

Lack of Time
 • I don't have time in my busy life to go after my dreams. (Fear of Running Out of Time)
 • If I spend my time trying, I might miss something else. (Fear of Missing Out)

 Lack of Money
 • I will run out of money if I try to go after my dreams. (Fear of Lack)

 Lack of Knowledge
 • I don't want to fail. (Fear of Failure)
 • I don't want to be rejected. (Fear of Rejection)
 • I'm afraid of what could happen. (Fear of Change/Lack of Control)
 • I don't know how to do it. (Fear of Inadequacy)
 • I'm scared of what people will think. (Fear of Judgement)
Remember, you can Rewrite Your Future, and I can help!
