Break free from your fears!

I previously sent you this e-mail about the 3 Main Fears that keep us stuck and unable to Change, sent to me by Suzanne Klein

Change is essential for our growth and development as a human.
Without change, we will by default stay just the way we are and only do the things we've always done.  Pretty boring, right?  This is what makes us feel stuck. When we're looking to make positive changes in our lives, we have to start looking at our thoughts that stand in the way from what we desire most in life.

There are 3 main fears and the excuse thoughts we tell ourselves that keep us feeling stuck:

Lack of Time
 • I don't have time in my busy life to go after my dreams. (Fear of Running Out of Time)
 • If I spend my time trying, I might miss something else. (Fear of Missing Out)

 Lack of Money
 • I will run out of money if I try to go after my dreams. (Fear of Lack of finances)

 Lack of Knowledge
 • I don't want to fail. (Fear of Failure)
 • I don't want to be rejected. (Fear of Rejection)
 • I'm afraid of what could happen. (Fear of Change/Lack of Control)
 • I don't know how to do it. (Fear of Inadequacy)
 • I'm scared of what people will think. (Fear of Judgement)

To break free from the fears that hold us back you have to do these 4 things:
1. Expose--to make the fear shrink.
2. Face--the fear to gain a greater understanding of ourselves.
3. Dissect--is the fear coming from you, or something you were told.
4. Lean--Rather than running from fear, take yourself through it. Need a coach, a guide on your side to help you through these fears to start creating a life of more freedom?
